PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION

The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

• Two photographs
• Taken within the last 6 months.
• 3.5 X 4.5 cm
• Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
• The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
• Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Uganda Tourist Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

1. Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay).
2. Applicant's two recent Photograph
3. Applicant's Yellow Fever Vaccination Card.
4. Applicant's Travel history of last two years.
5. Applicant Flight reservation.
6. Proof of Accommodation
7. Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary

If you are Salaried/Employed:

1. Pay slips for the last Six months
2. Employers’ statement on approval for holidays (Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company)

If you are Self-Employed :

1. Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of company)
2. Certificate of registration of the company, including its goods and services tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India

If you are Retired:

1. Applicant's Retirement proof
2. Pension passbook statement

If you are a Student:

1. I'D Card of the establishment at which you are enrolled.
2. No objection certificate from School / University.

1. Birth certificate
2. Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant

1. Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor.
2. If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate.

If you are visiting friend's and relatives:

1. Invitation Letter (With signature of invitor).
2. Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.
3. Invitor’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit.
