PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Taken within the last 6 months.
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
- The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
- Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Uganda Tourist Visa
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's two recent Photograph
- Applicant's Yellow Fever Vaccination Card.
- Applicant's Travel history of last two years.
- Applicant Flight reservation.
- Proof of Accommodation
- Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary
- Pay slips for the last Six months
- Employers’ statement on approval for holidays (Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company)
- Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of company)
- Certificate of registration of the company, including its goods and services tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India
- Applicant's Retirement proof
- Pension passbook statement
- I'D Card of the establishment at which you are enrolled.
- No objection certificate from School / University.
- Birth certificate
- Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant
- Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor.
- If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate.
- Invitation Letter (With signature of invitor).
- Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.
- Invitor’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit.

An eVisa is an electronic travel authorization that replaces the traditional paper visa process.
Tourist and business single-entry visas are valid for up to 3 months, while multiple-entry visas are valid for 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
First-time applicants can apply for a 6-month multiple-entry visa, while those with continuous travel history can apply for 12 or 24-month visas.
