Executive Visa Services is not a representative of any Embassy or Consulate. The whole Visa process is governed by the rules and regulations laid down by respective Embassy or Consulate.
As a part of Visa process, Executive Visa Services is responsible for completion of the documentation process (with the help of the applicant), scheduling appointments where ever required, submission of applications at the Embassy or authorized representative, submission of Visa fees and Logistic charges (where ever applicable), submission of any query responses, if raised by the embassy or official representative (with the help of the applicant), collection of passport from the embassy or official representative and returning the passport back to the applicant/s.
During the visa process, Embassy or Consulate at their discretion can seek any additional documentation or clarification. Visa processing/approval timeline is always indicative and can change at the discretion of the Embassy or the Consulate or any unforeseen circumstances.
It must be noted that the approval/grant or refusal of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate and Executive Visa Services as a party is neither involved in that part of the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Embassy or Consulate and any consequences because of the same. Embassy or Consulate or their authorized representative reserve the right to ask for further documentation, take more time for approval, and even refuse the visa application.
Executive Visa Services takes every reasonable precaution while handling the documents of the applicant/s and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the applicant/s for any documents which are lost in transit by accident, theft, fire or natural calamities (act of god) or any other force majeure reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a willful default of Executive Visa Services and also if documents are handed over directly by/to the applicant/s to/by the Embassy or Consulate of their authorized representative.
