PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Taken within the last 6 months.
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
- The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
- Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Turkey Business Visa
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay).
- Two recent Photographs
- Invitation letter from the business partner in English (with signature and stamp).
- Last 6 months’ personal bank statement with minimum balance 1 lakh INR for one person.
- Flight reservation
- Authorization Letter for EVS to Submit Visa Application on Behalf of Applicant
- Proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's Aadhar card
- covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Acknowledgement of the company's and personal ITR Returns for the last three years
- Employers’ statement on approval for holidays (Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company)
- Last 3 months’ salary slips with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp

- Company registration documents in which applicant and company name should be mentioned. (Original notary needs to be done)
- GST registration (Original notary needs to be done)
