PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs.
- Must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect the current appearance.
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm.
- Must be a color photo with a clear background, typically white or light gray.
- The face should cover 70–80% of the photo.The applicant should maintain a neutral expression, looking straight at the camera.The head should be centered in the frame with eyes open.

In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
- Two recent photograph
- Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Indian Company Gst/Incorporation/Registration copy/visiting card
- Invitation letter and form V39A from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation
- Applicant's Flight reservation
- Applicant's bank statement of last three months (with signature and stamp of bank)
- Pay slips for the last three months/I'D card

- Proof of ownership
