The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

• Taken within the last 6 months.
• 3.5 X 4.5 cm
• Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
• The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
• Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Papua New Guinea Tourist Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

1. Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
2. Two Passport size picture
3. Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary
4. Air Ticket and Proof of accommodation confirmation
5. Applicant bank statement for the last six months with signature and stamp of bank
6. Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16
7. Day-wise itinerary

Additional Documents Required :

If you are Salaried/Employed:

1. Applicant's last six-months salary slips
2. NOC from Current employer (on company letter head with signature and stamp)

If you are Self-Employed :

1. Certificate of registration of the company, including its goods and services tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India
2. Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of company)
3. Company bank statements for the last six months stamped by the bank
4. company Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16

If you are Retired:

1. Retirement letter
2. Pension statements for the last six months
3. Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or busines (if applicable)

If you are a Student:

1. I'd from School , College or Institute
2. Birth Certificate
3. No Obection Certificate (NOC) from the school/University

If you are a Minor:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant

If you are a Sponsored

1. Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor
2. Sponsor’s bank statements for the last six months stamped by the bank
3. If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate

If you are visiting friends and relatives:

1. Invitor's Copy of passport or ID Card
2. Invitor's Copy of the residence permit
