The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

  • Two photographs
  • Taken within the last 6 months.
  • 3.5 X 4.5 cm
  • Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
  • The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
  • Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Visa Process

  1. Share the required documents for your Nigeria Business Visa Application
  2. Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements
  3. Full payment must be made
  4. EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on the behalf of applicant to the Embassy/consulate
  5. EVS will get the appointment
  6. Applicant will attend appointment and give biometric in person
  7. The applicant will receive the visa and Passport within 2-3 working days once it has been approved , subject to the standard processing period after approval

In support of your visa application, you would require:

  1. Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay)

  4. Applicant's three recent photograph
  5. Applicant’s personal bank statement for the last three month with signed and stamped by Bank
  6. Applicant's current employer bank statement for the last three month with signed and stamped by Bank
  7. Cover letter from current employer on company letterhead with signed and stamped
  8. Business registration proof of current employer (GST/MSME/Incorporation/Other)
  9. Certificate of Incorporation of the Host Company in Nigeria
  10. A letter of invitation from Host Company in Nigeria. ID Copy (Passport copy) of Invitation signing authority.
