The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

• Two photographs.
• Must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect the current appearance.
• 3.5 X 4.5 cm.
• Must be a color photo with a clear background, typically white or light gray.
• The face should cover 70–80% of the photo.The applicant should maintain a neutral expression, looking straight at the camera.The head should be centered in the frame with eyes open.
• High resolution with no graininess or pixelation.

Mexico Business Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

1. Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay)
2. Applicant's Proof of accommodation
3. Applicant's Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary
4. Applicant's Flight reservation
5. Applicant's Two two recent photograph
6. Applicant's PAN card copy
7. Applicant's proof of legal stay
8. Invitation Letter from Mexican company (with signature and stamp from the invitor)
9. Invitor's Passport/INE Card/Residence permit copy

Additional Documents Required :

If you are Salaried/Employed:

1. Applicant must have been working from One year in same company
2. Applicant’s pay slips for the last three months, signed and stamped by the company, along with the PAN card or passport copy of the signatory
3. Company's bank statements for the last One year stamped by the bank
4. Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last year OR Form 16
5. Employers’ statement on approval for holidays (Leave Sanction letter signed and stamped by the company, along with the PAN card or passport copy of the signatory.)
6. Applicant's joining Letter from the company

If you are Self-Employed :

1. Certificate of registration of the company, including its goods and services tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India
2. Applicant’s personal and company Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last Two assessment years OR Form 16
3. Applicant's Bank statement of last Three months (with signature and stamp by the bank)
4. Company's Bank statement of Last One Year (with signature and stamp by the bank)
