A Malaysia visa can be denied if requirements such as an invalid passport, unclear travel purpose, incorrect photos, or wrong visa category are not met.
Applying for the wrong visa category (like a business visa instead of a visit visa) can lead to rejection due to insufficient documentation related to the travel purpose.
Poorly scanned documents can cause issues, leading to delays and visa rejections.
Delaying the application, especially during peak seasons, may result in a visa rejection.
Typo errors, incorrect personal information, or spelling mistakes can cause visa rejections.
Missing essential documents, like a letter from the host company, will lead to visa denial.
Providing false information or misrepresentation can result in visa denial and potential bans from applying again.
If there were criminal charges during a previous visit or visa overstays, the application is likely to be denied.
Ensure all documents are correctly scanned, apply early, provide complete and accurate information, and select the right visa category.
Double-check all requirements, avoid errors, and submit all necessary documents accurately and on time.
