PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs.
- Must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect the current appearance.
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm.
- Must be a color photo with a clear background, typically white or light gray.
- The face should cover 70–80% of the photo.The applicant should maintain a neutral expression, looking straight at the camera.The head should be centered in the frame with eyes open.
- High resolution with no graininess or pixelation.

Malawi Business Visa
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay)
- Applicant's two recent Photograph
- Applicant's Travel history of last six months
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
- Copy of registration of the invitee company
- Invitation letter
- Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Indian Company Gst/Incorporation/Registration copy

- The company's Business registration certificate or GST registration certificate
- Coverning letter on company letterhead with signature and stamp
If you are Self-Employed :
Yes, Indian citizens must obtain a visa before traveling to Malawi.
You can apply online by selecting the visa type, paying the fee, and submitting documents. The approved visa will be sent to your email.
Fees are as follows: Single Entry -55 USD
Options include Tourist, Business, Transit, Official, Diplomatic, Courtesy, and more, based on your purpose of travel.
