The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

  • Taken within the last 6 months.

  • Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
  • The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
  • Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Visa Process

  1. Passport valid for at least three months after departure.

  4. Round-trip flight reservation.
  5. Proof of accommodation.
  6. Travel insurance covering at least €30,000.

Kazakhstan Business Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

  1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
  2. 2 Scanned recent color photographs.
  3. 2 Visa Application forms: completed and signed.
  4. Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country.
  5. Original Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 3 months with bank seal.
  6. Income Tax Returns/Form 16: for last 3 years.
  7. Travel Itinerary: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip Invitation Letter: from host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc.
  8. Business Covering Letter: from an Indian company on company letterhead.

    Additional Documents Required :

    If you are Employed:

  1. Copy of International Credit Card.
  2. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
  3. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
  4. All requests are referred to Zimbabwe, and approval takes a maximum of one week.
  5. Visa is valid for 6 months with single entry only.
  6. Visa can be extended in Zimbabwe.

    If you are self-Employed :

  1. Copy of International Credit Card.
  2. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
  3. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
  4. All requests are referred to Zimbabwe, and approval takes a maximum of one week.
  5. Visa is valid for 6 months with single entry only.
  6. Visa can be extended in Zimbabwe.

    If you are Retired:

In contrast, a business visa is designed for individuals visiting primarily for business purposes, such as attending meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, or training sessions.
