PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Taken within the last 6 months.
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
- The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
- Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Japan Business Visa
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
- Invitor's One Recent photograph
- Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Indian Company Gst/Incorporation/Registration copy
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
- Detailed schedule of your business meetings
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation
- Applicant's Flight reservation
- Applicant's personal and company's bank statement of last three months (with signature and stamp of bank)
- Acknowledgement of the company's and personal ITR Returns for the last three years
- Itinerary in Japan (including hotel information, contact information while in Japan)
- Letter of Guarantee from Japan
- Certified copy of the incorporation register or Overview of company/organization from Japan
- Applicant's Pay slips for the last Six months
- Applicant's Proof of employment
