Dominican-Republic Tourist Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
2. 3 Visa Application forms: completed and signed.
3. 2 Scanned recent color photographs.
4. Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country.
5. Evidence of Financial Funds: bank statement of last 6 months with minimum balance of at least USD 5000. Proof of availability of sufficient funds for stay in India including the expenses for medical treatment by producing documents such as bank statement, sponsorship letter etc.
6. Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay.
7. Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country.
