Chad Tourist Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

1. One visa form (photocopy allowed).
2. Two passport-size photographs.
3. Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
4. Covering letter explaining the purpose of the trip & duration of stay in Chad..
5. Invitation letter from Chad.
6. Copy of Yellow fever vaccination card. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
7. Applicants need to take an appointment first by writing to the Chad Consulate (Email: consulateofchad@gmail.com).
