In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
- Applicant's One recent photograph
- Applicant's Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Indian Company Gst/Incorporation/Registration copy
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
- Applicant's Detailed schedule of your business meetings
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation
- Applicant's Travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30000 EUR
- Applicant's Previous schengen visa copy (if have)
- Applicant's Flight reservation
