Visa Requirements

Namibia Tourist Visa

1. The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 12 months after the date of departure from Namibia.
2. Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).
3. Two passport-size photographs.
4. Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
5. Onward country visa.
6. Yellow fever certificate is required only if the journey to the Republic of Namibia entails passing through the yellow fever area of Africa and/or South and Central America by any other means than by a scheduled air service. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
7. A copy of the travel plan.
8. Confirmed Hotel Reservation.
9. Proof of funds.
10. Processing time is 3 to 4 working days.
Note: Two sets of photocopies of all the documents are required.

Namibia Business Visa

1. The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 12 months after the date of departure from Namibia.
2. Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).
3. Two passport-size photographs.
4. A Covering Letter from the Indian Company stating the Applicant's designation, the purpose of his visit, and the period of stay.
5. A Letter of Invitation from Business Associate/s in Namibia.
6. Bank statement for the last three months.
7. Income tax returns for the last two years.
8. Yellow fever certificate is required only if the journey to the Republic of Namibia entails passing through the yellow fever area of Africa and/or South and Central America by any means other than by a scheduled air service. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
