Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents and fill the required EVS questionnaire for your UK Business Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on the behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/consulate.
- EVS will get the appointment.
- Applicant will attend the appointment in person.
- The passport will be received by the applicant within 15 working days, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Kindly fill the EVS questionnaire for general information.
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's two recent photographs.
- Applicant's covering letter/proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead).
- Indian company GST/Incorporation/Registration copy.
- Applicant's invitation letter from the business partner in English (with signature and stamp).
- Applicant's detailed schedule of your business meetings.
- Applicant's proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's flight reservation.
- Applicant's and company's bank statement of the last six months (with signature and stamp of bank).
- Acknowledgement of the company and personal ITR returns for the last three years.
