Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Tanzania Tourist Visa application
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements
- Full payment must be made
- EVS will submit your visa application to the relevant Embassy or Consulate on your behalf
- The visa will be provided within 10 to 12 working days, subject to the standard processing period

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay)
- Applicant's two recent Photograph
- Applicant's Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
- Applicant's Travel history of last two years
- Applicant Flight reservation
- Proof of Accommodation
- Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary
Additional Documents Required :
If you are Salaried/Employed::
- Pay slips for the last Six months
- Employers’ statement on approval for holidays (Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company)
If you are Self-Employed:
- Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of company)
- Certificate of registration of the company, including its goods and services tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India
If you are Retired:
- Applicant's Retirement proof
- Pension passbook statement
If you are a Student:
- ID Card of the establishment at which you are enrolled
- No objection certificate from School / University
If you are a Minor:
- Birth certificate
- Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant
If you are a Sponsored:
- Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor
- If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate
- If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate
If you are visiting friend's and relatives:
- Invitation Letter (With signature of invitor)
- Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill, etc.
- Invitor’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit
