Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Paraguay Business Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will complete the form and prepare the necessary file on behalf of the applicant.
- The applicant must submit required documents, undergo biometric verification, attend an interview (if applicable), and pay the visa fees in person, as per established procedures.
- The passport will be received by the applicant within 28-30 working days, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required:
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's one recent photograph.
- Covering letter/Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead).
- Indian Company GST/Incorporation/Registration copy.
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp).
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's Flight reservation.
- Original Police Record / Clearance certificate duly notarized and Apostille by the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India.
- Applicant's Yellow Fever Vaccination Card.
- Applicant's and company's bank statement of last three months (with signature and stamp of bank).
