Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Papua New Guinea Tourist Visa Application
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements
- Full payment must be made
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/Consulate
- EVS will get the appointment
- Applicant will attend appointment and give biometric in person
- The applicant will receive the visa and passport within 2-3 working days once it has been approved, subject to the standard processing period after approval

Documents Required:
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
- Two Passport size pictures
- Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary
- Air Ticket and Proof of accommodation confirmation
- Applicant bank statement for the last six months with signature and stamp of bank
- Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16
- Day-wise itinerary
Additional Documents Required:
If you are Salaried/Employed:
- Certificate of registration of the company, including its goods and services tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India
- Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of company)
- Company bank statements for the last six months stamped by the bank
- Company Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16
If you are Retired:
- Retirement letter
- Pension statements for the last six months
- Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business (if applicable)
If you are Student:
- I'd from School , College or Institute
- Birth Certificate
- No Obection Certificate (NOC) from the school/University
If you are a Minor:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant
- Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor
- Sponsor’s bank statements for the last six months stamped by the bank
- If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate
- Invitor's Copy of passport or ID Card
- Invitor's Copy of the residence permit
- Invitation Letter (With signature of invitor)
