Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Nigeria Business Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on the behalf of applicant to the Embassy/consulate.
- EVS will get the appointment.
- Applicant will attend appointment and give biometric in person.
- The applicant will receive the visa and Passport within 2-3 working days once it has been approved, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required:
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's Flight reservation.
- Applicant's three recent photographs.
- Applicant’s personal bank statement for the last three months with signed and stamped by Bank.
- Applicant's current employer bank statement for the last three months with signed and stamped by Bank.
- Cover letter from current employer on company letterhead with signed and stamped.
- Business registration proof of current employer (GST/MSME/Incorporation/Other).
- Certificate of Incorporation of the Host Company in Nigeria.
- A letter of invitation from Host Company in Nigeria. ID Copy (Passport copy) of Invitation signing authority.
