Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Niger Tourist Visa application
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements
- Full payment must be made
- EVS will submit the Visa application and pay the visa fees on behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/Consulate
- EVS will submit all the documents on the applicant's behalf
- The passport will be received by the applicant within 13-15 days, subject to the standard processing period

Documents Required:
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
- Two passport size pictures
- Accommodation and Air Ticket confirmation
- Applicant's Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary
- Applicant's Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
- Applicant bank statement for the last four months with signature and stamp of bank
- Day-wise itinerary
- Ticket itinerary
Additional Documents Required:
If you are Salaried/Employed:
- Applicant's last four months salary slips
- NOC from Current employer (on company letter head with signature and stamp)
If you are Self-Employed :
- Certificate of registration of the company, including its Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India
- Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of company)
- Company Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16
- Company bank statements for the last four months stamped by the bank
If you are Retired:
- Retirement letter
- Pension statements for the last four months
- Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business (if applicable)
If you are Student:
- Birth Certificate
- No Obection Certificate (NOC) from the school/University
If you are a Minor:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant
- The Sponsorship letter should include the following details the names of the visitors, the purpose of their visit, the relationship with visitors, the intended duration of their stay, the travel dates
- Sponsor’s bank statements for the last four months stamped by the bank
- If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate
- Invitor's copy of passport or ID card.
- Invitor's copy of the residence permit.
- Invitation letter (with signature of invitor).
