Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Japan Tourist Visa Application
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements
- Full payment must be made
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on the behalf of applicant to the Embassy/consulate
- The passport will be received by the applicant within 4-5 working days, subject to the standard processing period after approval

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's Scanned copy of first and last page of your passport.
