Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Indonesia Business Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/consulate.
- The applicant will receive the visa within 24 hours once it has been approved, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's One recent photograph.
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's Flight reservation.

- Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
If you are Self-Employed :
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
