Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Georgia Business Visa application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will submit your visa application to the relevant Embassy or Consulate on your behalf.
- The visa will be provided within 7 to 8 working days, subject to the standard processing period.

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least Six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's two recent Photograph.
- Applicant's Travel history of last two years.
- Applicant's Flight reservation.
- Applicant's Proof of Accommodation.
- Applicant's 6-month bank statement.
- Applicant's ITR of last 3-years.
Additional Documents Required:
If you are Salaried/Employed:
- Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead).
- Indian Company GST/Incorporation/Registration copy.
- Acknowledgement of the company's and personal ITR Returns for the last three years.
- Company's bank statement of last six months (with signature and stamp of bank).
If you are Self-Employed:
- Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp on company letterhead).
- Company GST/Incorporation/Registration copy.
- Acknowledgement of the company's and personal ITR Returns for the last three years.
- Company's bank statement of the last six months (with signature and stamp of the bank).
