Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Gambia Tourist Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/Consulate.
- The applicant will receive the passport within 5 working days once it has been approved, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's two recent photographs.
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary.
- Applicant's Flight reservation.
- Applicant's personal bank statement of last 3 months.
- Applicant's Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate copy.

If you are Salaried/Employed:
- Applicant's last 6-months salary slips
- Applicant's ITR of last 3-years
If you are Self-Employed:
- Applicant's Business registration proof (GST/MSME/Incorporation/Other)
If you are Retired:
- Applicant's Retirement letter.
- Applicant's Pension proof.
If you are a Student:
- Applicant's Student I'd.
- Applicant's Birth Certificate.
If you are a Minor:
- Consent letter of the non-travelling parent.
- Parents Passport/PAN
If you are Sponsored
- Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor.
- Sponsor’s bank statements for the last three months, stamped by the bank.
- If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate.
If you are visiting friends and relatives:
- Invitation letter.
- Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc
- Invitor’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit.
