Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
- Visa Application form.
- 2 recent color photographs.
- Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead).
- Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months).
- Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Confirmed return flight tickets.
- Hotel reservation.
- Day wise Itinerary.
- Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30000).
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Austria Tourist Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/Consulate.
- EVS will get the appointment.
- Applicant will attend the appointment in person.
- The passport will be received by the applicant within 15 working days, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay).
- Applicant's Proof of accommodation.
- Applicant's Personal covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary.
- Applicant's Previous Schengen visa copy (if applicable).
- Applicant's Travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR.
- Applicant's Flight reservation.
- Applicant's One recent photograph.
Additional Documents Required :
If you are Salaried/Employed:
- Applicant's Pay slips for the last three months.
- Applicant’s bank statements for the last three months, stamped by the bank.
- Applicant's Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16.
- Employers’ statement on approval for holidays (Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company).
If you are Self-Employed:
- Certificate of registration of the company, including its Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration number for companies based in India.
- Applicant’s personal and company bank statements for the last three months, stamped by the bank.
- Applicant’s personal and company Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last two assessment years OR Form 16.
- Covering letter on company letterhead (with signature and stamp of the company).
If you are Retired::
- Applicant's Pension statements for the last three months
- Applicant's Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or busines (if applicable)
- Applicant’s bank statements for the last three months stamped by the bank
If you are a Student:
- Certificates of the establishment at which you are enrolled
- No Obection Certificate (NOC) from the school/University
- For university students: Applicant’s bank statements for the last Three months stamped by the bank
If you are a Minor:
- Passport copy of the applicant’s Mother/Father having custody/guardianship of the applicant
- Parent's authority letter with signature.
- Applicant's Birth certificate.
- If one or both parents are not submitting the visa application with the child: copy of the visa of that parent
If you are a Sponsored:
- Sponsor letter with a passport copy of the sponsor
- Sponsor’s bank statements for the last three months stamped by the bank
- If sponsor is your spouse - marriage certificate and If sponsor is your parent - birth certificate
If you are visiting friends and relatives:
- Invitor's Copy of passport or ID Card
- Invitor's Copy of the residence permit
- Invitation Letter (With signature of invitor)
