Photo Requirements
The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.
- Two photographs
- Not more than 6 months old
- 3.5 X 4.5 cm
- Colored, with plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly
- On a good quality paper
Visa Process
- Share the required documents for your Hungary Tourist Visa Application.
- Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements.
- Full payment must be made.
- EVS will fill the Visa application and pay the relevant fees on behalf of the applicant to the Embassy/Consulate.
- EVS will get the appointment.
- Applicant will attend the appointment in person.
- The passport will be received by the applicant within 15 working days, subject to the standard processing period after approval.

Documents Required
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
- Applicant's one recent photograph
- Applicant's covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
- Indian company GST/Incorporation/Registration copy
- Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
- Applicant's detailed schedule of your business meetings
- Applicant's proof of accommodation
- Applicant's travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30000 EUR
- Applicant's previous Schengen visa copy (if have)
- Applicant's flight reservation
- Applicant's and company's bank statement of last three months (with signature and stamp of bank)
- Acknowledgement of the company's and personal ITR returns for the last two years
Additional Documents Required:
If you are Salaried/Employed:
- Applicant's Pay slips for the last three months.
- Applicant's Proof of employment.
If you are Self-Employed :
- Applicant's Proof of ownership
- Applicant's Salary slips of last Six month (if applicable)
