Visa Process

  1. Share the required documents for your Brazil Business Visa Application
  2. Your documents will be thoroughly verified by the Executive Visa Services to ensure compliance with the visa requirements
  3. Full payment must be made
  4. EVS will complete the application form, and the applicant will be responsible for paying the fees to the Embassy/consulate
  5. EVS will attend the appointment and submit the documents on behalf of the applicant
  6. The passport will be received by the applicant within 7 to 10 working days, subject to the standard processing period after approval

Brazil Business Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

  1. Applicant's passport old and new (valid for at least six months beyond intended stay)
  2. Applicant's One recent photograph
  3. Applicant's Covering letter/ Proof of intended means of transport and itinerary (with signature and stamp from current employer on company letterhead)
  4. Indian Company Gst/Incorporation/Registration copy
  5. Invitation letter from the business partner (with signature and stamp)
  6. Applicant's Detailed schedule of your business meetings
  7. Applicant's Proof of accommodation
  8. Applicant's Flight reservation
  9. Applicant's and company's bank statement of last three months (with signature and stamp of bank)
  10. Acknowledgement of the company's and personal ITR Returns for the last two years

    If you are Salaried/Employed:

  1. Applicant's Pay slips for the last three months
  2. Applicant's Proof of employment

    If you are a Self Employed

  1. Applicant's proof of ownership
  2. Applicant's Salary slips of last Six month (if applicable)
