Visa Requirements

Austria Tourist Visa

Tourist Visa is given to those visiting Austria for tourism or other non-business related purposes.

1. Application form fully filled in english or german language and signed by the applicant.
2. Valid Passport (Validity of 6 months , at least two blank pages).
3. Two Photographs.
4. Round Trip flight reservation.
5. Accommodation
6. Travel Itinerary
7. Travel medical Insurance.
8. Proof of occupation( Employed, Self employed, Retired, Student).
9. Proof of sufficient funds( Original Bank Statement 3 months, pension etc. & last 3 years ITR ).
10. Proper cover letter & Itineary

Austria Business Visa

A Business Visa is given those who are doing business in Austria such as making sales or establishing contacts on behalf of a company outside India.

1. Application form fully filled in english or german language and signed by the applicant.
2. Valid Passport (Validity of 6 months , at least two blank pages).
3. Two Photographs.
4. Round Trip flight reservation.
5. In case the purpose of travel is other than business meetings (training, voluntary work or project work etc.)
6. Invitation letter from the Austrian Company/Business operation.
7. Accommodation
8. Travel Itinerary.
9. Travel medical Insurance.
10. Proof of occupation( Employed, Self employed, Retired, Student).
11. Proof of sufficient funds( Original Bank Statement 3 months, pension etc. & last 3 years ITR ).
12. Proper cover letter & Itineary.
