Zambia Tourist Visa
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least one year from the date of application with its 2 photocopies of the 1, 2 and last pages of valid passport.
- Three visa forms in original to be duly completed and signed by the applicant.
- Three recent passport-size photographs.
- A covering letter from the Applicant.
- Confirmed onward/return air ticket with photocopy.

- Embassy advises that the traveler should have a certificate of inoculation against cholera; Original Yellow Fever Certificate with a photocopy is mandatory. (A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.)
- Letter of confirmation from Zambian tour operator on their letterhead confirming hotel as well travel itinerary and sufficient proof of funds.
- Original bank statement for the last three months with bank seal and signature.
- Credit card copy.

If you are visiting friend or relative:
A tourist visa is intended for applicants whose primary purpose of travel is leisure activities, such as tourism, visiting friends or family, or participating in social and recreational events. Conversely, a business visa is designed for those whose main purpose is to engage in official business activities, including attending meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, or training sessions.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to application and have two available blank pages.
It is at the discretion of the visa officer at the Embassy if they wish to call you in for a personal interview or not.
No form of employment is permitted on a Business / Tourist visa.
