The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

Visa Process
- Complete the visa application form, which can usually be found on the website of the Vanuatu embassy or consulate.
- Gather the required documents, which may include a valid passport (with at least six months validity), recent passport-sized photographs, proof of accommodation (hotel bookings), a travel itinerary (including round-trip flight reservations), and evidence of sufficient funds for your stay (bank statements).
- Submit your completed application form along with the required documents to the Vanuatu embassy or consulate in your country or through an authorized visa application center.
- Pay the required visa fee, which varies depending on your nationality and the duration of your stay.
- Wait for processing; the time can vary, so it’s advisable to apply well in advance of your planned travel date.
- Once approved, you will receive your tourist visa, which may be issued as a sticker in your passport or as a document.
- With your visa, you can travel to Vanuatu; ensure you carry all relevant documents during your travel.

Vanuatu Tourist Visa
In support of your visa application, you would require:
- The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
- Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).
- Two passport-size photographs.
- A Covering Letter from the Indian Organization or Company containing the following details:
Name and Designation of the Applicant and also of the Signatory (of a Managerial or Executive level) with their signatures.
An outline of the Applicant's purpose of visit, Names and addresses of the Companies to visit and a detailed itinerary. - An Invitation Letter from a firm typed on its official letterhead and Certified with a Seal.
- Bank statement for the last 6 months.
- Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
- Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
- Onward country visa.
- All requests are referred to Zimbabwe and approval takes a maximum of one week.
- Visa is valid for 6 months with single entry only.
- Visa can be extended in Zimbabwe.

If you are visiting friend or relative:
A tourist visa is intended for travelers whose primary purpose is leisure, including activities such as tourism, visiting friends or family, and participating in social or recreational events. In contrast, a business visa is designed for individuals visiting primarily for business purposes, such as attending meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, or training sessions.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to application and have two available blank pages.
It is at the discretion of the visa officer at the Embassy if they wish to call you in for a personal interview or not.
