The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

  • Two photographs
  • Taken within the last 6 months.
  • 3.5 X 4.5 cm
  • Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
  • The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
  • Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Trinidad-Tobago Business Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

  1. The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
  2. Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).
  3. Two passport-size photographs.
  4. A Covering Letter from the Indian Organization or Company containing the following details:
    Name and Designation of the Applicant and also of the Signatory (of a Managerial or Executive level) with their signatures.
    An outline of the Applicant's purpose of visit, Names and addresses of the Companies to visit and a detailed itinerary.
  5. An Invitation Letter from a firm typed on its official letterhead and Certified with a Seal.
  6. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
  7. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
  8. Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
  9. Onward country visa.
  10. All requests are referred to Zimbabwe and approval takes a maximum of one week.
  11. Visa is valid for 6 months with single entry only.
  12. Visa can be extended in Zimbabwe.
