Visa Requirements

South Sudan Tourist Visa

1. The Applicant must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
2. Copy of Passport, Temporary Permit, and Nationality ID card.
3. One visa application form.
4. Two recent colored passport-size photographs with white background.
5. Please provide original and certified copies of required documents.
6. Documents issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by an official English translation.
7. If employed, letter from your employer stating your purpose of visit to South Sudan, plus a valid company identity card.
7. If visiting a business/organization or the Government of South Sudan, provide a letter of invitation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of South Sudan.
8. Company Registration Certificate and Tax Identification Certificate of the inviting company in South Sudan.
9. For business visits, details of your business appointments, business intentions, and License.
10. Company and Personal Bank statements of the last 3 months in case of a business visit.
11. Confirmation of round ticket and tour itinerary.
