1. Note: As per the new rule the visa fees needs to be paid online and not as cash at the Embassy.
2. The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of application.
3. One visa form (photocopy allowed in Delhi).
4. Two colour photographs against a white background.
5. A copy of "Aqama" (Residence Permit) and a copy of the visa slip (to be arranged by the Sponsor).
6. Visa is valid for 60 days. Visa can be extended in Saudi Foreign Ministry.
7. Processing time is 4 to 5 working days.
8. Sponsorer passport copy of the first, second and last page.
9. If wife is travelling, then Marriage certificate is required. If child is accompanying, then polio certificate and birth certificate are required.

1. The Applicant should have an original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
2. Two visa forms duly filled and signed by the Applicant.
3. Two colored passport-size photographs with white background.
4. A Covering Letter from the Applicant on company letterhead stating his/her personal details, passport details, purpose and duration of stay in Rwanda. The letter should be addressed to The Visa Officer, Rwanda High Commission, New Delhi.
5. Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
6. A Covering Letter from the Indian Company stating the reason for travel and the duration of stay.
7. An Invitation Letter from the Business counterpart in Rwanda.
8. Bank statements for the last 6 months.
9. Hotel Reservation.
10. A yellow fever certificate is also required as a support document. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly. (Note: Applicant should carry the original Yellow Fever Certificate at the time of travel)
11. Visa issued is valid for 3 months.
