The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

  • Taken within the last 6 months.
  • 3.5 X 4.5 cm
  • Color photo only, with a plain white or light gray background.
  • The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.Keep a neutral expression, with both eyes open.The head should be centered, looking directly at the camera.
  • Avoid glasses if possible; if necessary, make sure there is no glare, and the eyes are visible.

Visa Process

Nepal Business Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

  1. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
  2. Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
  3. Onward visa (if applicable).

  5. Sufficient funds for maintaining oneself during the period of stay.
