The Embassy / Government are very strict on the applicant's photograph requirements. Your visa may be rejected if these requirements are not met.

  • Two photographs.
  • Must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect the current appearance.
  • 3.5 X 4.5 cm.
  • Must be a color photo with a clear background, typically white or light gray.
  • The face should cover 70–80% of the photo.The applicant should maintain a neutral expression, looking straight at the camera.The head should be centered in the frame with eyes open.

Visa Process

  1. Find the nearest Italian Consulate/Embassy or visa center (e.g., VFS Global) in India.
  2. Complete the Schengen Visa form, available on the embassy's website.
  3. Key documents:Valid passport.Two passport-size photos.Invitation letter from the Vatican or Italy.Employment proof (letter from employer).Financial proof (bank statements).Travel insurance (minimum €30,000 coverage).Accommodation and flight reservations.
  4. Book an appointment with the embassy or visa center for document submission and biometrics.
  5. Attend the appointment, submit documents, and pay the visa fee.
  6. Processing typically takes 10–15 working days.
  7. Once approved, collect your passport with the visa attached.

Madagascar Business Visa

In support of your visa application, you would require:

  1. The Applicant should have a valid passport with minimum six months validity.
  2. Two original visa application forms duly filled up.
  3. Three passport-size photographs.
  4. A Covering Letter from the Indian Organization indicating the nature of the Business.
  5. A letter issued by the company requesting a business visa with one or multiple entries and stating the purpose of the applicant's visit.
  6. A Letter of Invitation from the Business counterpart in Madagascar.
  7. One copy of the applicant's airline return ticket with reference number ticket (not booking number).
  8. A Personal Covering Letter from the Applicant.
  9. Bank statement of last six months.
  10. ITR copy of last two years.
  11. Processing time is 3 working days.

  1. Copy of International Credit Card.
  2. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
  3. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
  4. All requests are referred to Zimbabwe, and approval takes a maximum of one week.

  6. Visa can be extended in Zimbabwe.

    If you are self-Employed :

  1. Copy of International Credit Card.
