Visa Requirements

Lebanon Tourist Visa

1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
2. Visa Application form.
3. 2 recent color photographs.
4. Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead).
5. Original updated Bank statement of last six months.
6. Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years
7. Confirmed return flight tickets.
8. Hotel reservation.
9. Day wise Itinerary.
10. Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30000).
11. Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etcw.
12. Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.

Lebanon Business Visa

1. Visa can be applied by the Lebanese counterpart in the Lebanese Immigration Department. The Immigration approval in Arabic language from Lebanon which will be translated in English from Lebanon Embassy in Delhi and the applicant can travel on the same translated visa approval which will take 2 working days.
2. Visa can also be applied at the Embassy of Lebanon, New Delhi by submitting following documents. The Embassy in Delhi will refer his/her application for the approval to Lebanon. This can take more than a month.
3. The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of issuance of visa (with two sets of photocopies of the identification pages).
4. Two visa application form dully filled and signed by the applicant.
5. Two recent colored passport-size photographs.
6. Confirmed onward/return air ticket.
7. Proof of funds.
8. Bank statement of last 3 months.
9. A brief statement about the company in India and its products.
10. Indian Chamber of Commerce letter required.
11. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Indian company issued by the Registrar of Companies of the concerned area.
12. A covering letter from the organisation in India.
