Visa Requirements

Australia Tourist Visa

    1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
      1. Notarized copy of all pages of only the current passport, including the bio data page, alterations page and back page of the passport.
    2. Australia Visa Application Form
    3. 2 recent color photographs..
    4. Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead).
    5. Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months).
    6. Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
    7. Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Other Investments etc. (Optional).
    8. You may be asked to undergo medical and x-ray examinations.
    9. Kindly note: The Govt is very strict on the photograph requirement; please ensure that your photos are as per the specifications.

Australia Business Visa

    1. This visa allows business people to make a short business visit to Australia for up to three (3) months during your visa validity period. Business activities may include a conference, negotiation or exploratory business visit.
    2. This visa is available to all passport holders who want to visit Australia for business purposes. No sponsorship is required.
    3. This visa has replaced the work entitlements of the earlier categories as below:
      1. Business (Short Stay) visa (subclass 456)
      2. Sponsored Business Visitor (Short Stay) visa (subclass 459)
      3. Electronic Travel Authority (Business Entrant-Short Validity) (subclass 977)
      4. Electronic Travel Authority (Business Entrant-Long Validity) (subclass 956)
      5. eVisitor visa (subclass 651)
    4. If you already hold one of the above visas, it will still be valid until the date you were given when it was granted.
    5. Applicants have to submit a Notarised copy of all pages of current passport, including the bio data page, alterations page and back page of the passport (unless requested to send original passport). (Please note, VFS Global can certify a copy of your passport at their office at the time of Submission).
    6. A completed application form (Form 1400) for a Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa.
    7. For anyone included in the application who is 18 years of age or older and is not your partner: Form 47A Details of child or other dependent family member aged 18 years or over.
    8. If you want to bring a child younger than 18 years of age with you to Australia, and that child's other parent is not included in the application: documentary evidence that you have the legal right to include that child in your application, such as:
      1. Certified copies of official legal documents, such as a court-issued custody, access or guardianship order.
      2. A statutory declaration giving their permission.
    9. Form 1229 Consent form to grant an Australian visa to a child under the age of 18 years. If you use this form, you will have to attach a certified copy of the other parent's government issued identification document (such as a passport or driver's licence) with their photograph and a signature. (You must also provide one of these documents if you are applying for this visa and you are younger than 18 years of age and you are travelling without one or both parents or guardians).
    10. If your partner is included in the application: a copy of your marriage certificate or independent evidence that you are in a de facto relationship (for example, joint bank account statements or billing accounts in joint names).
    11. Complete this section only if you are lodging a paper application:
      1. If someone gives you advice or lodges your application for you: Form 956 Advice by a migration agent/exempt person of providing immigration assistance (the agent or exempt person completes the form and you must sign it).
